Castle Ops is committed to delivering high-quality services and providing transparency in our business practices. 1. Services Provided
Castle Ops provides Operations Consulting. Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not issued once work has begun.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate or accidental payments

A cancellation made prior to any services being rendered
 - 
Failure on our part to deliver the service as agreed, and no suitable alternative can be arranged
 
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the issue. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not issue refunds for:

Services already delivered, whether in full or in part
 - 
Missed consultations or failure to provide necessary client information
 - 
Time spent on planning, research, or communication prior to cancellation

5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
